Mitchell Khosrova is a Business Attorney with vast experience in multiple kinds of real estate transactions and business-related matters. His practice also includes land use and zoning issues, environmental law, estate planning documents including elder law, and related litigation.

After practicing business law as a partner at Khosrova & D’Orazio, PC, in New York City for nearly a decade, Mitch decided to relocate to the upper Hudson Valley, where he lives today. His focus has grown to include legal agreements, documentation, and negotiations relating to all aspects of a general practice. Representing both individual and business clients, as well as local municipalities including the City of Hudson, Village of Chatham and Towns of Ghent and Ancram, Mitch is best known for his thorough, solution-oriented approach to legal matters.
